Sonoma moved into the less-restrictive orange tier on April 7. This is after three weeks in the red tier within California’s Blueprint for a Safer Economy. This change means Sonoma Valley restaurants, wineries, movie theaters and churches can have up to 50 percent capacity. Retail stores can resume normal operations.
